WIZIFI is a wireless WiFi router that fits easily in your pocket.
WIZIFI allows you to connect any WiFi device, such smartphones, iPads, tablets, laptops, gaming and wearable gadgets, to fast 4G/LTE Internet, all over Greece.
WIZIFI offers Unlimited access to 4G/LTE Internet for the entire period of your stay in Greece, at very low daily rates, starting from 3.8€ per day (for 30 days rental), everything included, without hidden costs.
Using WIZIFI you can save up to 90% on applied roaming cost of your home-country provider, while enjoying Unlimited Mobile Internet acccess!
While connected on WIZIFI you enjoy fast 4G/LTE Internet access of up to 150Mbps download & 50Mbps upload, either for leisure or business purpose. Thus, you will be always able to use your favorite applications for:
- chatting,
- messaging,
- voice talking,
- social networking,
- using your maps and navigation apps,
- photos and videos uploading or sharing,
- instant and secure accessing to your emails and e-banking,
- or just for searching and browsing for any info, everywhere, at any time!
No configuration, or SIM registration required.
Just rent your WIZIFI device, get it at your Hotel, Apartment or Enterprise address, turn it on, connect your devices, and stay always connected!
You can connect up to 10 devices at the same time and share the Internet access to your family or friends.
WIZIFI battery could last up to 10 hours on use, or up to 20 hours on standby mode. WIZIFI device could be recharged within 2 hours using the included USB cable and charger. Optionally, you can combine it with an extra power-bank, if you plan to use it outdoor extensively!
Upon your selection of WIZIFI package, you can optionally order:
- Power Bank extra battery of 5000mAh, allowing you to charge your WIZIFI device even while on the road or at extensively outdoor us.
- Car Charger in the case you plan to use your WIZIFI device on travelling by car.
- Insurance service for your full WIZIFI package, minimizing your cost in the case of package loss, or device damage. All the Extra services are charged based on flat price for the entire rental period, whatever that period is.
Yes you can. Select SIM Card-only WIZIFI service and enjoy Unlimited, Fast 4G/LTE Internet access for the period you like.
We’ll deliver you a SIM Card-only pack together with a short user guide explaining you how to install it at your own mobile device, at even lower cost!
You can rent up to 5 WIZIFI devices at one order, using the WIZIFI website and online store. If you need more than 5 devices, you can contact us directly filling a request form and we’ll respond back offering the most suitable solution, at the best possible price.
WiZiFi Global service is launched allowing to use WiZiFi pocket WiFi service with Unlimited Mobile Internet in more than 150 countries worldwide.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
You can easily book your WIZIFI either on our online booking store:
- Select the rental period using the booking calendar, setting your start and end dates
- Select your WIZIFI service and the number of devices, if more than one needed
- Decide the most suitable to you delivery and return methods
- Fill in your billing details
- Proceed to checkout using our secure payment methods
You can pay with your PayPal account or Credit Card. Either way is fully secured by SSL encryption.
No we don't apply any guarantee deposit or reserve any amount on your credit card.
However, based on our terms of use, charge of 150€ might be applied to your card in the case of WiZiFi device damage or no return.
It’s recommended to book your WIZIFI package at the earliest possible for you in order to ensure WIZIFI availability, especially during peak touristic season in Greece (from May to September), and have your WIZIFI delivered or being available for you prior to your arrival and start of rental period.
If your order is 3 or less working days away from your rental period start date, it might be possible your WIZIFY package to arrive delayed at your delivery address, depends on its actual location and proximity.
DELIVERY & RETURN
You can select to receive your WIZIFI package by courier delivery service, or, to pick-up your package to one of more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece, including our PDP at Athens International Airport, operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Our courier service could deliver your WIZIFI package at any address in Greece, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment located. In the case of delivery at a Hotel or Enterprise address the package could be delivered at the reception.
In the case of an Apartment address a person should be available to receive personally the package. Also in the case of an Apartment delivery, the name at the apartment’s outdoor should be mentioned in your order form.
If no one is available to receive your package at the delivery day, the package is returned at the nearest PDP (Pick-up & Drop-off Point) and remains available for 5 days in order to pick it up by yourselves. You will be notified by WIZIFI Customer Care for the failed delivery attempt and the address of the PDP where your package will be available.
If you prefer to pick-up your WIZIFI package you can choose so during your order. There are more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece. During your order, you can easily select the area of your travel or stay and see the full list of nearby PDPs together with their addresses and opening hours. You can decide if it’s more convenient to you to pick-up your package.
If your rental start date is more than 3 working days after your order date, your WIZIFI package will be delivered, or be available to pick-up, one day before the start date.
If your rental start date is 3 or less days away from order day, the delivery or pick-up date varies from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the actual location and proximity of the delivery address.
You can select to return your WIZIFI package by Courier Collect service, or to Drop-off your package to one of more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece, including our PDP at Athens International Airport, operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Our courier service could deliver your WIZIFI package at any address in Greece, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment located.
The package should be available at the selected address, the next day after the end date of your rental period.
A pre-printed return voucher with all the required information for the return of the WIZIFI package will be already included in your package.
If you prefer to drop-off your WIZIFI package you can choose so during your order.
There are more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece.
During your order, you can easily select the area of your stay or departure and see the full list of nearby PDPs together with their addresses and opening hours. You can decide if it’s more convenient to you to drop-off your package.
Your WIZIFI package should be returned at the selected, during your order, PDP two working days after the end date of your rental period, at the maximum.
If the WIZIFI package is not returned at PDP within the allowed period of 2 days, the guarantee deposit might not be returned. In the case of any delay to return your WIZIFI package you must contact our Customer Care to explain and agree on best possible solution.

WIZIFI means “Easy WiFi”!! Power on your device and wait until all 3 indicators light up green. Connect your devices to WIZIFI using the secure wireless key you can find at the back side of the device. You are connected in seconds and ready to access the Internet and use any application.
Yes. As you long as your device(s) can connect to a WiFi network, it can connect WIZIFI also, no matter what the brand or the model of your device(s) is. Any WiFi enabled smartphone, iPad, tablet, laptop, PSP, other gaming or wearable device could be connected to WIZIFI.
WIZIFI connects to the Internet with 4G/LTE technology reaching speed of up 150Mbps for data download and 50Mbps for data upload. If 4G/LTE is not available at a location, WIZIFI connects automatically to available 3G or 2G network.
Over 98% of Greece is covered with mobile Internet access. And even more than 90% is covered with 4G/LTE fast Internet access, no matter if you are in the mainland or in Greek islands.
FUP (Fair Usage Policy) is applied slowing down the speed to 384Kbps if the daily volume of 2GB is exceeded. You are still able to use WiZiFi service and connect to the Internet at lower speed. The speed is fully recovered to fast 4G/LTE at same day midnight.
It’s really unliked to face any issue with your WIZIFI device, as this is a state-of-the-art branded device, while all the WIZIFI devices have been operationally tested and fully charged before any delivery. However, if any technical issue occurs you should contact WIZIFI Customer Care team immediately and request the delivery of a new device in order to replace the affected one. Our team in cooperation with our courier delivery service will take care to send you a new device and collect the old one. You will be refunded for the number of days you won’t use WIZIFI service at the daily rate of your order.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Yes, you can either cancel your reservation, or modify your rental period. For both you can use the relevant link in the order confirmation email you are receiving when your initial booking order is applied.
If you cancel your reservation 3 business days, or more, before the start date of your rental period, a cancellation fee equal to 4% on the reservation value plus 5€ is applied, in order to cover the initial payment clearance fee applied by the clearance authority and the cancellation handling fee.
If you cancel your reservation in less than 3 business days before the start date of your rental period, or you don’t collect your WIZIFI package, the entire value of your order is charged.
Yes you can extend your reservation. After your contact our Customer Care department, you'll receive the appropriate link and information for extending your order reservation online.
